Editorial Policy

Last updated: 03.10.2026

This policy sets out the principles every piece of content on NexaNations must follow, whether it is written by a person, drafted with AI assistance or imported from structured data.

Our editorial commitment

To stay free from manipulation, we report what has happened and what has been stated, and we publish data only after checking it at its source for currency and completeness.

Core principles

  • Accuracy: every key fact must be traceable to a named source. If we cannot verify something, we leave it out or label it clearly.
  • Neutrality: we describe; we do not advocate. We avoid loaded language and do not rank or judge governments, peoples or policies.
  • Attribution: statements are attributed to the institution or person who made them. Summaries always link to the original.
  • Transparency: we show data status, update dates, sources and AI assistance on the page.
  • Independence: advertisers, partners and external parties have no influence over content.
  • Respect for copyright: we summarize and link; we do not reproduce full articles or official documents without permission.

High-risk topics

Content about security, intelligence, sanctions, elections, armed conflict, migration, visas, tax, health and legal matters receives additional editorial review. For these topics we always link to the official source and remind readers to confirm details with the relevant authority.

Use of artificial intelligence

  • AI tools may be used to draft summaries of official announcements and to help structure large datasets.
  • No AI system, plugin or automation publishes content on NexaNations. Every item is created as a draft and reviewed by a human editor before publication.
  • AI-assisted summaries are labelled on the page and link to the original document.
  • When a source, date, country, institution or legal meaning is unclear, the item is held for review rather than guessed.

Images and symbols

We do not use official government seals, coats of arms, military insignia or copyrighted images without confirmed permission. National flags are shown for identification only.

Advertising and affiliate content

Advertising is clearly labelled and kept separate from reference content. Ads are never placed between a fact and its citation, and we do not use pop-ups or misleading placements. If affiliate links are used in the future, they will be disclosed next to the link.

Corrections

We correct errors promptly and transparently. See our corrections policy and log.
